Design, construction and installation of automatic control systems and process monitoring of Ahwaz, Kermanshah, Khorramabad, Neishabour, Bojnourd, Kashan and Abadeh  wheat silos.

1: Control system and monitoring of 100,000 ton silos.

The purpose of this project was to designing, construction, installation and commissioning of automatic control system and monitoring of the process of silos in Ahvaz and Kermanshah.

The control and monitoring of the system was provided by one central PLC, seven Local PLCs and HMI on computer. To display the processes in each system, one 20" LCD monitor and one 2x3 meters Mimic Panel was provided.

The number of input and output ports for each system was as follows:

Digital input, 1000 pcs

Digital output, 500 pcs

Analog input, 700 pcs

These projects were completed in 1999.

2: Control system and automation of 50,000 ton Khorramabad silos.

The purpose of this project was to designing, construction, installation and commissioning of automatic control system and monitoring of the process of silos in Khorramabad.

The control and monitoring of the system was done through three PLCs, two computer and one 2x3 meter MimicPanel .

The total number of input and output ports of the system was 882 (including 450 digital input ports, 400 digital output ports and 32 analog input ports).

These projects were completed in 2000.

3: Four 25,000 tons wheat silos in Neishabour, Bojnourd, Kashan, Abadeh

The purpose of this project was to designing, construction, installation and commissioning of automatic control system and monitoring of the process of silos in Abadeh, Neishabour, Kashan and Bojnourd.

The control and monitoring of the system was done through one PLC, one computer and one 1.5x2.5 meter MimicPanel.

The total number of input and output ports of the system iswas 750 digital input ports, 380 digital output ports and 32 analog input ports.

These projects were completed in 2002.
